How much does a carpet cost? Are your rugs expensive?

We have an extremely exhaustive price range starting from value for money rugs right upto exquisite ones. Our simple objective at The Weaver is to find a fit for everyone coming to us for their spaces.

How long does it take to make a custom rug?

Usual lead time starts at about 4 weeks and then moves upwards depending on the size and kind of rug. That being said if push comes to shove, we’ve executed some benchmark projects in exceptional lead times.

What are the shipping / delivery charges ?

We offer a flat shipping rate of INR 5000 for deliveries within India.

What is the delivery time ?

The delivery time for your order may vary based on the selected construction, size of the carpet and other factors like extra features requested; however we strive to dispatch all orders from our factory promptly.

Do we keep stock rugs ?

What are the discounts ?

We are extremely cost effective to begin with.

In addition to this, stock designs from the website requiring no customisation in ay manner whatsoever could have a price benefit, get in touch to know more.

What is your return / refund policy?

Since all our Products are completely bespoke, we don’t offer any refunds.

We offer a very high level of clarity via 2D Design and/or renders, Materials Samples and Colour Swatches so a situation of deliverables not meeting promise would not quite arrive if at all.

What is the difference between Hand Knotted and Tufted?

Hand knotted carpets are made by individually tying a piece of yarn to the foundation and Tufted carpets are made by inserting yarn either by hand or a machine – into a pre-woven foundation cloth.
